About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director for one of its senior living communities in Tennessee. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the community, including day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and the development of a resident-centered care culture. This leadership role also involves driving census and occupancy growth through local marketing and referral partnerships, as well as managing budgets, forecasting, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in senior living or a related healthcare setting, a proven track record in census growth and team development, strong business acumen, and familiarity with forecasting and KPIs. A current TN Assisted Care Living Facility (ACLF) license or eligibility to obtain one is required, with a preference for local or regional residency. Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company's senior living community should be prepared to lead and develop a team of department heads and staff, fostering a positive culture of accountability and resident-centered care. The role is suited to an experienced leader or a rising star in the industry, particularly those with a background in servant leadership, collaboration, and a focus on long-term impact. The Executive Director will be part of a stable and supportive leadership team that is dedicated to operational excellence and the long-term growth of the community.
