Job Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating original, high-impact visual assets that support product-driven marketing campaigns and community engagement efforts across the YouVersion Family of Apps. This role will design for a variety of digital channels, including email, blog, in-app messaging, and app store graphics, and collaborate cross-functionally with strategists, writers, and other creatives to ensure visuals align with brand standards and campaign objectives. The Graphic Designer will also partner with Life.Church's Creative Media team to help direct or request seasonal photography that supports upcoming campaigns. This role utilizes their skillset to deliver outcomes that align with the direction of their team to further Life.Church's mission and to reach people for Christ. What You'll Do Develop campaign visuals for product-driven initiatives. Create engaging visual assets that support campaigns tied to app features, community challenges, user surveys, and more. Design across multiple digital channels, including email, blog, in-app, app store, and other platforms as requested. Ensure that all designs meet accessibility standards, align with brand guidelines, and resonate with global audiences. Work closely with strategists, writers, and other creatives to interpret creative briefs and deliver solutions that are effective and on-brand. Partner with localization and marketing operations teams to prepare assets for global distribution across multiple languages and markets. Provide design support for other squad initiatives when needed, such as digital advertising, internal communications, and social media. Complete additional design tasks as directed by leadership. Incorporate feedback from key stakeholders, iterate on designs, and deliver final assets within campaign timelines. Contribute to visual asset planning and content creation. Support seasonal campaign planning by identifying design needs and helping direct photography concepts or seasonal visuals in collaboration with the Life.Church creative media team. Assist in developing reusable visual templates and graphic systems that increase efficiency for recurring campaigns. Skills Needed to Succeed Exceptional creative skills and a strong portfolio demonstrating campaign-based design work. Experience designing for digital platforms such as email, apps, blogs, or social media. Familiarity with marketing goals and ability to design with user engagement and conversion in mind. Ability to self-manage, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and disciplines. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Comfortable working in a version-controlled, shared file environment. High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of related work experience. Benefits We Offer
