Job Title: Lead Generator (On-site)

Compensation: $20/hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and persistent Lead Generator to join our team. This role involves high-volume outbound calling (200+ calls/day) to identify and qualify leads for our sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact, so professionalism, strong communication skills, and a driven attitude are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Make 200+ outbound calls per day to potential customers
• Qualify leads and gather key information
• Accurately document call outcomes and lead details
• Work closely with the sales team to schedule follow-up calls or meetings
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets

Requirements:

• Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation preferred
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $20/hour

Location: Santa Ana, CA
