This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Aventura, FL. No hybrid or remote. About The Role The Network Administrator Cisco Meraki IoT will own the architecture, implementation, and lifecycle management of CTTIs Cisco Meraki SD-WAN, campus switching, Wi-Fi, and IoT sensor platform (cameras, smart locks). This role ensures 99.95% network uptime across HQ, Scottsdale, and remote event sites. Responsibilities Design, deploy, and optimize Meraki MX, MS, and MR stacks (1,200+ clients). Manage site-to-site AutoVPN, Layer 7 firewall, and traffic-shaping policies. Integrate Brivo, Zoom Rooms, and IoT devices via Meraki APIs/webhooks. Perform capacity planning; create 12-month infrastructure roadmap. Lead incident response; maintain Automate monitoring and configuration backups using Python and Meraki Dashboard API. Document network diagrams (Visio/Lucidchart) and SOPs for Helpdesk. Mentor junior technicians; deliver quarterly training on networking best practices. Qualifications 5+ years network administration; 2+ yrs hands-on Cisco Meraki. Meraki CMNA or CCNP ENT strongly preferred. Expertise in 802.1X, VLAN design, DHCP/DNS, QoS, and Wi-Fi RF fundamentals. Scripting (Python/PowerShell) for automation and API integrations. Experience supporting high-density event networks is a plus. Required Skills Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies. Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools. Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud networking solutions.
