Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Satisfactory background check
• Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
• Experience interacting with children/youth (e.g., camp counselor, coach, babysitting)

Responsibilities:

• Assist educators in providing instruction and supervision.
• Support students’ academic coursework and Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Participate in class activities, including physical education and art.
• Assist with behavioral interventions and substitute lessons as needed.
• Maintain documentation such as attendance and incident reports.
• Supervise transitional times, lunch, and other school activities.
• Participate in community-based activities and appointments.
• Provide transportation for student activities.
• Attend student and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all company policies.
