Job Description:
The Payroll Coordinator II is responsible for processing and reconciling payroll, managing manual checks, and supporting specialized payroll and tax-related projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency in payroll systems (preferably Workday and Kronos). The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to resolve payroll issues promptly while ensuring compliance with internal policies and tax regulations.
