Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Coordinator to join our team supporting a major Telecom client in Charlotte, NC. This multifaceted role combines project coordination, executive assistant responsibilities, and creative support. The position is a 6-12 month contract (with potential for extensions) and requires 4 days onsite per week. The hourly rate is $40-$45. For project Coordination, you will oversee tracking project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution and schedule and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas and following up on action items. The ideal candidate can also leverage prior experience in IT or telecom project oversight to manage technical tasks effectively. For the Executive Assistant Duties you will provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting coordination and provide creative and analytical support by assisting in creating and refining PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and visual appeal, reviewing content for grammar, spelling, and alignment with project goals and conduct online research to generate ideas, propose solutions, and support creative initiatives.
