Project Manager

Location: Harbor City, CA (90710), On-site

Pay: $30 - $45/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) with a strong background in clinical trials to lead and coordinate research projects in a healthcare or academic setting. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, operational management, and study execution across multi-site clinical trials. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols and timelines.
• Oversee multi-site studies and maintain a thorough understanding of trial protocols.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA regulations, and other applicable requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory documentation.
• Supervise project operations, including space allocation, staff oversight, and equipment management in the research setting.
• Monitor project progress to ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead trial initiation, ongoing monitoring, and trial close-out activities.
• Oversee participant recruitment, data collection, and sample processing.
• Utilize clinical trial management systems, scheduling tools, and tracking platforms to support study activities.
• Maintain accurate records for regulatory, operational, and data tracking purposes.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for investigators, site staff, and participants.
• Provide regular, clear updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Address challenges promptly and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Support and train staff as needed to ensure quality execution of tasks.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

• Training in GCP and Human Subjects Protection (HSP).
• Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).
