Job Description

Around 12-15 years of experience.

• Strong SAP Basis Consultant during initial years and someone who has done many implementations.
• Has moved on to become a Basis Team Manager responsible for management (Planning, Budgeting, Status Reporting, Resource Management) and delivery in last 4-5 years.
• Strong Communication and Managerial skills.
• Strong Hands-on Basis skills. Should be willing to help the technical team with troubleshooting and resolution etc.
• Responsible for management activities such as - Planning, Budgeting, Status Reporting, Resource Management, Escalation, Stakeholder Management.
• PMP, ITIL certification would be very helpful.
