Job Summary
As a Real Estate Sr. Manager , you will oversee property and facility operations for a complex, mixed-use portfolio . This role includes vendor management, budgeting, lease review, and operational enforcement to ensure compliance and efficiency across multiple budgets and building types. You will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, managing site operations, and supporting leasing calls while maintaining a high standard of property management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of a mixed-use property portfolio
Manage vendors, contracts, and bidding processes for facility services
Approve and review invoices; ensure budget compliance across six budgets for the site
Conduct property walk-throughs and enforce lease rules and regulations
Participate in leasing calls and support lease review and compliance efforts
Provide operational oversight and guidance to onsite assistant manager
Support long-term property strategies and participate in client calls and reviews
Required Experience
5+ years of experience in real estate or property management
Strong experience in budgeting and financial oversight
Vendor management and vendor relations background
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Associate’s Degree acceptable with experience)
Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience managing mixed-use buildings
Familiarity with multi-owner property structures
