• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term global strategies
• Help identify, evaluate, and drive action on key strategic priorities
• Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders to inspire growth and deliver impact

What You’ll Work On

As a Strategy Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Driving long-term growth strategy across the business
• Supporting general management in identifying and evaluating critical priorities
• Conducting research and analysis (quantitative and qualitative) to inform strategic decisions
• Leading cross-functional project teams to deliver actionable recommendations
• Supporting the annual strategic planning process

Who You’ll Work With

You will partner with a broad range of internal teams and stakeholders, including:

• Strategy and Strategy Partner teams
• Global Functional teams and Regional Geography teams
• Finance and HR teams

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree OR 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• One of the following experience qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, consulting, investment banking, or related fields
• 4+ years of experience with an MBA/Master’s degree
• 7+ years of total experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial modeling capabilities
• Experience in consumer, industry, and competitive research
• Proven problem-structuring and strategic problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially to senior leaders
• Ability to influence across cross-functional and matrixed environments

Preferred Experience:

• Background in apparel/footwear, retail, merchandising, digital commerce, or consumer-facing industries
• Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and retail marketplace
