The Role: Valet Lot Attendant
As a Valet Lot Attendant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and well taken care of from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the parking lot.
- Assist guests with directions, inquiries, or any special needs.
- Ensure the safety and security of all vehicles in your care.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer service position.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- A courteous, friendly attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
