We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates to join our Grand Rapids distribution team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This position involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, where you will be responsible for various tasks related to order fulfillment. You'll be picking products based on the client's requests, wrapping them properly for shipment.

Duties

• Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly selected according to order specifications.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with maintaining accurate stock levels using a warehouse management system.
• Perform lifting as required, handling products that may weigh up to 20 to 30 pounds or more.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to perform lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the shift.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Hours : Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. no weekends Great hours

Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
